I'm Carole, and I am a Level 5 Reflexology Practitioner, certified by the Association of Reflexologists. You can be assured that you are in safe hands when you are being treated by me.

My Story
I was first introduced to reflexology many years ago after a family friend gave me a treatment. Then again, a few years later, when conceiving became an issue I once again turned to reflexology. Over the years I have dipped in and out for various reasons, and always been fascinated by it, but never strongly enough to take my interest any further - I confess that I didn't even really like feet!
That was until a few years ago when I was undergoing treatment for a life-changing illness. It was suggested that I use reflexology as a complimentary therapy to my medical treatment, and it brought me so many benefits that I eventually had my epiphany: that I could help others with reflexology the way it had helped me. I had found my calling.
I researched the available courses carefully, selecting the option with the highest level of accreditation, the Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, a qualification recognised by Ofqual and the NHS.
I love giving treatments to my clients and seeing how much reflexology can enhance their wellness. I have additional skills in specific areas. You can read about the treatments I offer here.
